While managing a website is naturally a technical exercise, it is our goal to enable even the most novice user to manage their departmental website. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/communications\/web\/\">Learn more about the SAU website<\/a>, the site&#8217;s structure, and how faculty and staff can become involved.<\/p>\n<h3>Desk-side Training<\/h3>\n<p>Far and away the most common form of support provided to faculty and staff is desk-side coaching. Whether it is initial training on how to log-in, to troubleshooting a technical problem, or consulting about potential features, the web staff is available to meet with you in person. Contact <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/directory\/contact\/jenkins-josh\/\">Josh Jenkins<\/a>\u00a0to learn more.<\/p>\n<h3>Scheduled Training<\/h3>\n<p>Occasionally the web staff holds open hands-on training. Covering topics such as form management, working with media files, and basics for beginners, upcoming training events will be posted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/calendar\">University calendar<\/a> or through the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/ce\/theacademy\/\">Academy of Professional Development<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Video Tutorials<\/h3>\n<p>In effort to provide a growing resource library to web editors, the web staff records and publishes tutorial videos covering a wide range of topics and skill levels.
