Submit a design request by clicking the pencil and ruler icon above. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the design and approval process, which includes submissions to the Office of the VPSA and the Office of the President for all promotional materials, both on- and off-campus.

If you will need a photographer for an event, one can be scheduled as photographers’ schedules allow. Click the camera icon above to fill out the Photographer Request Form. Please complete this form as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of a photographer.
