This role blends sales, customer relationship management, and administrative support to help drive revenue and ensure smooth internal processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct outbound sales calls and assist with business development and marketing efforts<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, service needs, and issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience on every call<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, send, and follow up on billing statements<\/li>\n<li>Post customer payments and assist with account reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances<\/li>\n<li>Review and maintain accurate customer insurance and sales tax documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule employee drug testing appointments as required<\/li>\n<li>Assist with company safety requirements, documentation, and compliance support<\/li>\n<li>Manage filing systems and maintain organized records<\/li>\n<li>Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence, including statements<\/li>\n<li>Make bank deposits on occasion<\/li>\n<li>Order office supplies and manage inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Track and manage inventory to ensure availability and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized office environment<\/li>\n<li>Provide backup support for various office functions as needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers at the front counter when required<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential financial, employee, and customer information with discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants can learn more by emailing Clark Burton at <a href=\"mailto:cburton@flyingbrental.com\">cburton@flyingbrental.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flying B Rental is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development &amp; Administrative Coordinator to support company growth while maintaining efficient day-to-day office operations.
