This will be a 4-year position as part of the Southern Center for Maternal Health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate interactions with clients seeking assistance or identified for assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the Connected MOM program, encourage enrollment, and assist with consent and set-up of devices<\/li>\n<li>Assess clients\u2019 access to technology, current digital skill level, and connectivity needs.\u00a0 Work together with clients to overcome barriers to access.<\/li>\n<li>Performs direct outreach to targeted patients and schedules appointments as requested, while partnering with internal departments and leaders to manage access.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct educational and informational events in communities to facilitate enrollment<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains all required documentation as it relates to the conduct of assigned research projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge in using computers, software, and web-based applications, including ideally a working knowledge of Epic.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, patients, and community organizations and members.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to travel across the system.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, when applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants can apply and learn more about the positions below.<\/p>\n<p>Shreveport, LA more information <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.ochsner.org\/job\/shreveport\/clinical-research-coordinator\/47519\/86748269632\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Monroe, LA more information <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.ochsner.org\/job\/monroe\/clinical-research-coordinator\/47519\/86748269648\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ochsner Health System is seeking to hire for two open CRC positions.
