{"id":11544,"date":"2026-02-09T08:41:19","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:41:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/career-services\/?p=11544"},"modified":"2026-02-09T08:41:19","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:41:19","slug":"cccil-house-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.saumag.edu\/career-services\/cccil-house-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"CCCIL House Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Columbia County Independent Living, Inc. is seeking to hire a House Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be under the direction of the CCIL administrator and under the supervision of the Site Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Will be knowledgeable and adhere to CCIL policy\/procedure, DDS policy\/standards, and DHS policy, client charts, and treatment plans<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for acquiring annual training hours, CPR, First Aid, TB\/health cards, and other requirements for maintaining employment<\/li>\n<li>Will oversee the Assistance of Client Medications while on duty<\/li>\n<li>Will report any medication changes immediately to Director<\/li>\n<li>Will be apart of a team coordinating medication inventories, medicine reordering, disposal, medication logs, medication keys, forms<\/li>\n<li>Will submit expired medication logs to be filled<\/li>\n<li>Will be aware of all client data, health information, medical diagnosis, treatment plans, and other data the relates to CCIL clients<\/li>\n<li>Will continually learn and become familiar with current health related issues, medication uses and side effects<\/li>\n<li>Will provide and\/or participate in DDS Quarterly Progress Reports and Annual CSR Conferences<\/li>\n<li>Will assist with answering the phones and providing documentation on all activities, conversations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Will communicate to HM team of client updates\/information\/concerns and will inform SST\/One on One staff daily, and will be willing to teach other peers and willing to learn from peers<\/li>\n<li>Will ascertain that the center has groceries and supplies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the menus<\/li>\n<li>Will be responsible for the preparation of meals<\/li>\n<li>Will assist Follow Along clients with medications<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, possible overtime<\/li>\n<li>Will assist with transportation<\/li>\n<li>Will complete other tasks upon the request of Administrator and Site Supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of high school diploma, preferable college degree<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid drivers license and pass Adult and Child Maltreatment Background checks and Arkansas Background Check.<\/li>\n<li>Two years experience working in related field of working with individuals with disabilities\/handicaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants can learn more information by contacting Melissa Fields at (870) 234-4561.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Columbia County Independent Living, Inc. is seeking to hire a House Manager.
