Career A.I.M. (Alumni Inspiring Muleriders) is a program that provides current students the opportunity to explore career interests by connecting with an Alumni professional in their desired career field. Students are able to discuss classroom skills that are used in real-world applications and establish a relationship with a possible mentor. This is a great opportunity for students to create connections within the career path in which they are interested.
Students should complete a registration form to help us determine their interests. Career Services will pair students with alumni in their career area. It is recommended to have questions prepared for the alumni they will be connecting with. Possible methods to interact with their assigned alumni mentor are phone, email, and video chat. The following link will take students to registration:
Students are responsible for:
- Completing a student registration
- Behaving appropriately and responsibly when visiting with alumni
- Completing a reflection survey
For your safety, advisory actions, under the discretion of Career Services, will be limited to remote communication (via Blackboard email, Zoom/video chat, regular email, and phone call/text if needed).
