The David F. Rankin College of Business has a well-earned reputation for providing a world-class business education in a personal environment, as evidenced by our accreditation by AACSB International<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This distinction has been achieved by fewer than 10% of business schools worldwide.<\/p>\n

With programs in\u00a0accounting<\/a>, entrepreneurship<\/a>,\u00a0finance<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0 general business<\/a>,\u00a0healthcare administration,<\/a> information systems<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0 international business<\/a>, management<\/a>,\u00a0marketing<\/a>, and\u00a0supply chain management<\/a>, students can choose a major that suits their talents and ambitions. With our faculty serving as mentors and advisors, students have someone that will guide them through their program and beyond.<\/p>\n

Our active\u00a0ENACTUS Team<\/a>, nationally recognized\u00a0PBL Chapter<\/a>, the\u00a0Business Student Advisory Council<\/a>, the Business Student Investment Advisory Council, the Emerging Entrepreneurs club, and\u00a0Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society<\/a>\u00a0offer students opportunities to build relationships with peers and develop their leadership skills.<\/p>\n

The Rankin CoB also provides academic enrichment programs that allow students to network with business and industry leaders while learning about professional development and career options. The\u00a0Executive Network Conference<\/a>\u00a0provides students opportunities to hear and interact with successful alumni.<\/p>\n

Students are encouraged to obtain\u00a0internships<\/a>\u00a0and faculty are here to guide them through the process. Support comes through programs like the\u00a0Career Closet<\/a>\u00a0, which helps with professional outfits. Resume and interview workshops as part of our Backpack to Briefcase week<\/a> and through Career Services<\/a> prepare them for the annual career fair and job interviews.<\/p>\n

The College also seeks to improve business and education in our state and region. The\u00a0Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center<\/a>\u00a0helps individuals and small businesses achieve their dreams. The\u00a0Center for Economic Education and Research (CEER)<\/a>\u00a0works with Economics Arkansas to prepare K-12 teachers to provide excellent economic education.<\/p>\n

Finally, the Rankin College of Business offers a\u00a0Master of Business Administration (MBA)!<\/a>\u00a0The degree can be obtained online or through seated classes. This offers flexibility to business professionals far and near.There is a 4 +1 option that allows students to begin while working on their undergraduate degree.<\/p>\n
