Here’s a checklist of the items we will need to make a decision on your admittance:<\/p>\n

  1. ACT scores with at least a composite of 16<\/li>\n
  2. Immunization records showing proof of 2 MMR shots<\/li>\n
  3. Final High School transcript (must be sent after graduation by counselor -showing graduation date, final GPA and class rank\/size)<\/li>\n
  4. If you received concurrent credit through any college\/university, official transcripts must be sent to use directly from those schools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
