REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT

Your request should include the following:
- Name including ALL former names
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Dates of attendance
- Address to which to send transcript
- Daytime phone number
- Signed signature. Electronic signatures are not acceptable.

SAU does not provide transcripts to students who have a financial obligation to the University.
Transcripts of Other Institutions
SAU does not release documents received from other institutions, including high schools and other colleges and universities.
Third Party Pickup
Anyone picking up a transcript for another person must have a written note stating the transcript may be released.
Faxed Transcripts
Transcripts may be faxed upon written request to other university admission’s or registrar’s offices ONLY. The fax number, the name of the institution, and the name of the person to receive the fax transcript at the other university must be included in the transcript request. There is a $5.00 faxing fee and payment must be made before transcripts can be faxed.
All requests are processed as quickly as possible within three working days. Faxed requests are processed at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day.
VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT
In order to obtain verification of enrollment students may come by the Office of the Registrar located in Nelson Hall 102 or print and submit the Verification of Enrollment [doc] form here.
SAU does not provide enrollment verifications to students who have a financial obligation to the University.

DEFERMENT LETTERS
If a letter of deferment for loan purposes is needed, students should bring the letter to the Office of the Registrar located in Nelson Hall 102 and a staff member will validate it and forward the letter to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse.
