MAGNOLIA, Ark. — When it comes to responding to emergencies, Southern Arkansas University Police Chief Eric Plummer will soon be considered one of the most knowledgeable people in the world.

That is because Plummer has recently been selected to become a certified trainer for the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. He was selected for
