President’s Ambassadors make donation to Mulerider baseball program

Southern Arkansas University Head Baseball Coach Allen Gum accepts a $1,000 donation to the Mulerider baseball program from the SAU President’s Ambassadors. Representing the Ambassadors are, from left, Elizabeth Myrick, Geurin Smith, Kacey Richardson and Heather Rochelle. The President’s Ambassadors operate the concession stand during home baseball games. When the University hosted the NCAA Division II South Region Baseball Tournament in 2009, the group cleared extra profits. To show appreciation to the baseball team for allowing them to operate the concession stand, the Ambassadors decided to donate some of that profit back to the baseball program.
