Southern Arkansas University Theatre Department Presents “Boy Meets Girl,” October 6-8

The Southern Arkansas University Theatre Department Presents “Boy Meets Girl,” will be presented at 7 p.m. October 6-8 at Harton Theatre. The production is directed by Daniel Tracey, who is new to the SAU Theatre department. His last position was with North Georgia College and State University.
“This is a disturbing chiller about the unraveling of a strong woman’s sense of security in the urban jungle,” Tracey said.
The box office opens at 6:30 p.m. Admissions for students, faculty, staff and spouses and senior citizens are $3, general admission is $5. Tickets go on sale at the box office the evening of each performance. For more information call 870-235-4257.
The cast members include: Elleigh M. Gardner as “Theresa” from Texarkana, Ark. She is a junior and pursuing a degree in English with a minor in education and theatre. Noel Proctor, a theatre/psychology major will play “Howard.” Brennen Beams, a sophomore theatre major from Magnolia will play “Tony.” Franklin McDaniel, a junior from Haynesville, La., will play “Mercer.” William Kilgore, a general business major from Queen City, Ark., will play “Les.” Lauren Rodriguez is a senior theatre major from Round Rock, Texas and will play “Harriet.” Lindsay Walters who has the role of“Beck” is from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a senior theatre major.
