What we do
Established in 1995, the Office of Multicultural Services was created with the mission of providing and promoting a nurturing environment for students of color. As a proponent for students of color, it is the office’s primary responsibility to promote the active involvement of those students in every aspect of the University community.
Office Goals
- To provide a nurturing environment for students of color;
- To enhance the retention and graduation rates of students of color;
- To provide opportunities for multicultural growth;
- To reach out to African-American alumni and establish a network of support for current African-American students.
