- Saturday: 1 pm – 8 pm
- Sunday: 1 pm – 5 pm

Rental Information
SAU Student Organizations, Departments and Colleges:
Officially recognized student organizations and SAU departments and colleges can reserve the Rider Rink for events that are open only to current SAU students or employees free of charge. For any events open to people outside the University community or events for which an entry fee is required, the following fee schedule applies:
- Rent - $100
- Use of DJ and sound equipment – $75
- Deposit – $50 (deposit will be returned if the building is clean and no damage occurs)
Rental to the General Public:
The Rider Rink is also available to the general public to accommodate events and functions. As these events are private, the facility will only be open to the hosts and invited guests.
- Rent - $200 (for a 4 hour period, renters may be allowed to decorate outside the reservation period if there are no scheduling conflicts; rent will be $25 per each additional hour after 4 hours)
- Use of DJ and sound equipment – $75
- Table, chair, & stage set-up – $100
- Deposit – $50 (deposit will be returned if the building is clean and no damage occurs)

Lock-ins:
- Rent$300 (for an 8 hour period). The renting organization/group must provide sufficient adult supervision for the lock-in.
- Use of DJ and sound equipment – $75
- Deposit – $50 (deposit will be returned if the building is clean and no damage occurs)
Youth Birthday Parties:
The Rider Rink can be rented for youth (age 16 or younger) birthday parties. Parties are held during the normal hours of operation on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. We are able to accommodate more than one party at a time. The following fee schedule applies for youth birthday parties:
- Party for up to 10 Children – $60
- The fee is $5 per child after the first 10.
- The party includes skates, two hours of skating and party room usage, and each child receives a drink and their choice of a hot dog or nachos.
Security
The Dean of Students and/or the Chief of University Police will determine if security is necessary for any events to be held in the Rider Rink. If it is determined that security is required for an event, the renting party must make arrangements with the UPD to have the recommended number of officers at the event. There will be an extra charge for security.
