All students are required to have medical insurance coverage, including repatriation and medical evacuation, during their studies at SAU. The University offers a satisfactory insurance policy at a relatively low cost. Students may also purchase their own medical insurance policy that is comparable to the University policy.
The International Student Office recommends that students obtain temporary travel medical insurance coverage from the time of departure from their home country until the date of coverage provided through the University medical insurance plan.
