TESOL Track
The Master of Education with a Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages-TESOL focus is an advanced degree with specific TESOL courses in addition to an assortment of curriculum courses. The TESOL Track Degree Plan presents the coursework for this track and the TESOL Track Course Descriptions explain the focus of each course. Those students who are interested in this track should complete a Plan of Study form using the degree plan and the current course listings on SAU’s homepage. The Plan of Study should then be submitted to the Program Director for admission into the program.
TESOL Endorsement: Students who are only interested in adding a TESOL endorsement to their teaching license should coordinate their Additional Licensure Plan (ALP) through the College of Education’s Office of Admissions, Field Experiences and Licensure. (Note: the courses required for the TESOL endorsement are currently only offered face-to-face.)
