Elementary or Secondary Education
The Master of Education in Elementary or Secondary Education is a 36-credit-hour program. All candidates for the master’s degree with an emphasis in education are required to complete 12-18 semester hours of core courses and 18-24 hours from an area of specialization.

- Curriculum and Instruction
- Gifted and Talented P-8/7-12*
- Math/Science P-8/7-12 (Secondary Math option leads to 7-12 licensure)
- Special Education: Early Childhood Instructional Specialist P-4*
- Special Education: Instructional Specialist 4-12*
*Leads to licensure by the Arkansas Department of Education
