Graduation Application

$110 fee to apply for graduation. A $50 late fee applies after the deadline. Fees will be applied to your student account the semester of your graduation.
  • Nicknames cannot be used.
  • Please indicate a year for which you are applying. Enter a number such as "2010".

  • I understand that if I do not meet all of the degree requirements with a 3.0 gpa or above by the time of graduation, I will have to reapply for the next scheduled graduation by completing a NEW application form.
