Lisa Toms serves as Dean of the College of Business at SAU. She received her undergraduate degree from SAU and her MBA and DBA in marketing from Louisiana Tech University. Her research interests include conflict management in selling environments, assessment of learning, and the effect of personality traits on individual performance in organizations. She has consulted in the marketing research area. Prior to being named dean, Lisa served as Chair of the Department of Management, Marketing, and MIS at SAU, as well as University Assessment Coordinator. She has two sons who are College of Business grads and a daughter.
