Dr. Testa joined the faculty of Southern Arkansas University in 2010. His 25 years of experience in higher education has included serving as an advisor, counselor, faculty member and administrator. Dr. Testa’s professional affiliations include the American Counseling Association, Arkansas Counseling Association, Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and the American College Counseling Association. His research interest includes effective delivery of distance learning, pioneering use of technology, and assessment of student learning.
