Mr. Hayes is a graduate of Magnolia High School and recieved his BBA from Southern Arkansas University in 1983. He also recieved his Master of Sciece in Agriculture 2009. He is married to Dina Hayes and they have three children Justin, Amber, and Kelsey. Prior to employment at SAU he worked in the private sector as a ranch manager for twenty-three years.
