New Site Request

Request a new site or major revision to an existing site (most pages changed/deleted and/or many new pages or features added) within the SAU web presence.

  • What campus entity is this site for?
  • Let us know how you want the URL to your department site to be formed. Examples are /agri, /web, /admissions. Leave blank if you'd like us to select a short and reasonable URL for you. Rule of thumb: the shorter and more descriptive the better.
  • Please indicate the date the site will need to be "live" and available to the public. The earlier the site content is submitted the greater the likelihood that your "due date" can be met. Please allow a minimum of 1 month between submission and live date.
  • Please indicate any contributing factors to your due date and/or the overall project. For example, if you have an accreditation requirement to meet or a specific recruiting initiative to support please let us know. What are your overall goals for this site?
  • Who will be responsible for managing content changes once the site goes live? These should be faculty and staff within the department who will be trained on the content management software.
  • Please create a zip file containing all of your new/updated content and upload here. Make sure to include your site outline, applicable images and photos, and content for each page indicated on the outline. Download our sample content packet.
