“The Center for Economic Education and Research strives to promote economics education among k-12 teachers and students in southwestern Arkansas.”

CEER is an affiliate of EconomicsArkansas, a private, non-profit, non-partisan educational organization founded in 1962 to promote economic literacy in Arkansas.

The CEER library is located in the College of Business and contains various supplemental materials to assist teachers and the general public in almost any area of economics. This includes teacher’s guides, student project and game ideas, as well as information booklets, video tapes, CD’s, and interactive CD-ROM’s. Come check it out and see how CEER can meet your needs!

November 21 & 22, 2011:  Activity-Based Economics: Economic Fundamentals workshop for regional teachers held from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Magnolia High School.

January 2 & 3,  2011:  Activity Based Economics: Macroeconomics and International Economics workshop for regional teachers held from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Magnolia High School.
